Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring shoes are inside their original boxes without tape or labels on the box itself.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
